This Pimento Wood kit includes everything you need to make your own authentic jerk. The kit includes:

Pimento Wood Chips 2 pounds - enough authentic for many grilling/smoking sessions. Only a handful is needed - soak in water, put in foil pouch with holes and onto the grill.

Pimento (Allspice) - Whole Berries 2 oz. 
Pimento ( Allspice) - Ground Berries 2 oz
Nutmeg - one whole (not in photo above)
Cinnamon - 4 sticks (not in photo above)
These spices are great for making your own dry rub


Jerk Seasoning Wet Rub Marinade - great for all poultry, meat, fish and even tofu!
