After you place order, we'll send you free mold kits and detailed instruction. Please carefully follow the instruction, make your own molds and ship them back to us.( Customer will be responsible for shipping the molds back to us).
Once receiving the molds, we immediately put them in production (generally take 2-3 days). Your grill will be shipped back whenever it is ready.
We use USPS carrier for 2 times shipping ( Mold kit shipping and Grillz shipping ).

( Your impression must have good visible gum line). If all of your molds are still bad, you are responsible for purchasing another mold kit.
