Chunky Antique Brass Kodak Folding Camera Shutter Pendant, authentic 28" Brass Tone Chain, Jewelry, Necklace, Shutter, Steampunk

Own a piece of history with this is unique necklace that I made from an antique Kodak folding camera brass shutter. It sits on an approximate 28" chunky dark brass tone chain and has a lobster clasp.

The shutter works a bit now, but I can't guarantee how long it will work for due to it's age. The diameter of this shutter is approximately 1 1/2 inches wide. On it is printed "IBT" "Pocket Automatic" as well as some other things.

**The pendant in the photo is the Exact one you will receive** This piece is not buffed out perfectly...I like the look of slight wear that shows it was used taking cherished photos over the past 100 years!

The camera in the photo is not included, but is similar to the one that the shutter came from.

The shutter was not altered or soldered. I used industrial strength jewelry adhesive so if someone wanted to take the necklace apart and put it on a camera, they could...I never want to permanently damage a beautiful authentic piece this old!

Every jewelry piece I make is unique and made with love as I learned about cameras from my dad who had one of the largest private collections. My cameras and camera pieces come from auctions, estate sales and thrift shops. How nice it would be nice to show my dad what I make.

This would be a great gift for a photography buff or a camera collector.
