Vintage Artist authentic Signed Tooled Leather Purse

authentic If my name was Virginia I would be carrying this beautiful purse in a heartbeat. The tooling on this leather purse is so detailed and well crafted. These purses are often very mysterious when it comes to identifying the craftsperson. This one is signed by the artist Jesse W. Smith "Maker". It feature Oak leaves and Acorns and Bucks....even the strap is tooled. It is a substantial size but has a long strap that can be adjusted for ease of carrying. The interior is made of light tan leather and has a few pen marks. There is a divider that serves as a center pocket. The purse is a beautiful shade of mellowed caramel color. The purse measures 9X12X5 with the adjustable strap adding 11" when fully extended. EUC
