60s Coat authentic & Dress

This exquisite dress with a matching coat is a total showstopper. The dress has a very flattering cut that skims authentic the figure beautifully. The collar folds over and becomes the collar of the coat when the two are worn together. The fabric is like a heavy cotton, almost canvas-like with weight to it. It does not feel synthetic. It has a dark blue background with daisy flower print in off-white. The dress zips up the back with 3 hook and eyes to secure at the back of the neck. The dress is not lined which makes it nice to wear when it's hot. The coat is lined throughout. The coat has a plain round collar so as to sit under the collar of the dress. There is a beautiful feature in the way the yolk runs across the top of the bust line and also fab bobble buttons and side pockets in the coat. The tailoring in this set is top- notch with beautiful features such as in the fabric bound button holes. The label inside the coat says Sybil Zelker made in England. I love these old vintage labels! I Cannot see any size in the outfit but I'm a UK 8 and it fits me perfectly. The overall look is A line and although it sits above the knee it is just right and not too short. I'm 5' 2" with a 34/35 inch bust, 27 inch waist and 36 inch hip but if you want measurements please feel free to contact me.
