This bag is made to be used hard, and allowed to assume a vintage and broken-in look as natural authentic wear and tear will do. Following this idea, some naturally occurring anomalies in the leather such as scars, bruises, texture variations, etc... have been allowed to remain in the leather. They give the bag a story, a life, an individual character. These variations in no way effect the integrity of the bags construction but are merely aesthetic. Again, I stress its super durable.
