All through my youth I was chided for my abysmal hand writing and note taking skills, and penchant for doodling. In college as an art major I started to incorporate my messy notes and doodles into my paintings. Flash forward many...many years, it occurred to me one day to incorporate the same subject matter onto my scarves. This scarf is filled with free associating nonsense. Meaningless ramblings kitty bunny head, arrows, what have you. The black on slate palette is truly elegant. A great piece of elegance meets quirk!

Hand painted (by me) on a hand-hemmed scarf using high quality American steam fixed authentic dyes and resists. Painted onto light weight, shimmering, silk habotai (also known as China Silk). Hand washable. May be pressed or intentionally crinkled/wrinkled depending on the look you prefer (or how much you hate ironing).

Scale and style: The mannequin is quite petite, so scarves may appear a little larger in photos than they are in reality. This is a medium sized scarf.
