Vintage Custom authentic Ronson Typhoon Lighter in Red w/FDNY Theme

authentic We here at FoxFitzgerald love a challenge, & we certainly were tasked with one, when fixing this 1970's-80's Style Typhoon Lighter by Ronson. A complete, & professional overhaul was needed, & was completed. by our shop.. The lighters insert received a new spring/screw flint, batting, wick, receiving Zippo brand replacements. Even its odd shaped felt pad was replaced, from another TYPHOON Lighter. We got it working... and really well, lighting easily, & showing strong flame... then unfortunately the owner never returned to pick up his lighter, and did not return our calls/messages. We decided NOT to get burned... So who better to put out the flames than the FDNY. We gave it a coat of Fire Engine Red, & adorned it with a colorful enamel Plaque that celebrates New York City's Bravest... The FDNY. Get this one while it lasts...
