This is a Very Unique and Cool Lion Clock made for the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Created from Resin, this was Painted in a Bronze Color sitting Proudly, and looking Very Distinguished and Strong. The Detailing on his Face and Mane are Wonderful as well as the rest of his body. He lays next to a Round Quartz Battery Clock that is housed in a Plastic Holder. It pushes out from the front so that you can change the battery. There is no battery in the clock. It takes an FM-55 Clock authentic Battery. This clock measures approximately 7.5" across by 4" tall at the tallest part, and 3 1/4" wide. The statue is in great shape with no chips or cracks that I can see. There is some sort of a scuff on the top area of the clock. See pic #4. The bottom is Green Felted and in Gold reads: Created Exclusively for MGM Grand Las Vegas, 1998 MGM Grand.
