Authentic Vintage pink and white gingham check long dress, gown, maxi dress (B445) with extra wide white collar

How pretty is this dress?! It's made of silky feeling polyester (or a polyester blend) in white, light pink and dark pink gingham checks, with an extra wide, pure white collar. The bodice is gathered at the bust for a flattering fit. There's a long zipper in the authentic back, and the dress is fully lined with pale pink satiny lining. The measurements, taken with the dress lying flat, are: shoulder to shoulder, 13 1/2 inches; armpit to armpit, 17 1/2 inches; waist, 14 1/2 inches; length, 50 inches; bottom edge, 45 inches. In excellent condition.
