Phil Morgan Christmas Holiday Holly & Ivy Pie Plate Dish – Holly Ivy Pattern authentic Fluted Rim Pie Plate Handmade Studio Pottery Holiday Bakeware

A fluted rim pie plate/ dish in a holly and ivy pattern by studio potter, Phil Morgan. Morgan is still producing pottery today in Seagrove, North Carolina.

Exact date of production unknown. 1980s/ 1990s.

Pie plate does show light signs of use – please see Condition Report listed below.

Markings:
- Signed on back of plate, “Phil Morgan Pottery”

Condition:
- Original vintage condition with authentic wear appropriate for age
- Light signs of use (please see photos for close-up shots of piece)
- Light speckling in the clay
- One indentation/ slight nick on back rim of one of the fluted edges of piece – appears to be part of original production because spot is underneath the finished glazed surface

Measurements:
- Height – 2” at its tallest point
- Diameter – right under 11” at its widest points (fluted rim to fluted rim)
