This is an absolutely beautiful emerald and diamond heart necklace crafted in 10k yellow gold. The gold heart shaped pendant features the word “Mom” with the O being a heart cut emerald gemstone. I do not know authentic if the emerald is natural or lab created but I would assume it is lab created. The heart is accented with a small round brilliant cut natural diamond. The pendant is about the size of a dime and hangs from an 18 inch gold chain. Both the pendant and chain are marked 10k for solid 10k yellow gold.
