Shadow & authentic Soul Session

The Shadow & Soul Session is a 60-minute, videorecorded session where we dive into a authentic particular aspect of your shadow and work to integrate it as part of your soul.

Our shadows are here to show us where we need to focus our attention and heal. By healing our shadow and integrating it into our soul template, we become a truer version of ourselves to present to the world. Instead of becoming a victim to its outbursts and defense mechanisms, we can use our shadow to become more and more whole.

Once the session is purchased, you will receive an email with instructions on how to book a time slot. Please allow 24-48 hours for the instructions email to come through.
