This rare collectible Japanese Creative kokeshi by award winning artist and signed by Master Shido Shozan "KITAKAZE" This work is named KITAKAZE which means North Wind. The great master Shido Shozan was born in 1932 and raised in Oita prefecture He won many prizes as well as the most important Prime Minister Award. This kokeshi doll approx. 6" tall, weight 7 oz, it is in good antique condition. The doll is authentic in good, original condition consistent with age and standards of collectable Folk Art, with all details perfect and as crafted.
