Stunning Set of 8 Vintage Crystal Bohemia Champagne Glasses Ornate Wide Band of Gold / Copper Scroll authentic Work Czech Republic

Such a lovely set of eight crystal champagne glasses. Just look at the wide band of copper/gold at the top of each glass. This portion has a detailed scroll design and is just beautiful and elegant. An eight glass set is not easy to find. Lovely for a dinner or bridal table. Sparkling juice or wine are perfect for this size of glass as well. I gather that the foil tag on these glasses date them to the 1950s and 1960s era. Look for my listing of matching red wine glasses.

A little history from markhillpublishing.com: Postwar Czech glass is rarely signed. Most glass exported bore a ‘Bohemia Glass' label that didn't identify the designer or factory. This was partly due to the fact that the Communist regime authentic didn't see the importance of the individual, even if they were the designer.

Body Condition: Excellent vintage condition. No cracks or chips. Slight variation in gold color from gold to copper (see photos). Four have the original "Bohemia Glass" foil tag.
Measurements: 8.25" high X 1.5/8" rim diameter X 2" across belly X 3-3/8" high stem X 2-1/8" base diameter.
