Rare Napier Gold authentic Tone Clown Bank

This is a very hard to find Clown Head Bank by Napier
It has green rings in his floppy ears
Green cabochon eyes . Beads surround the top of hat
and a big red ball is on the hat and one is his nose
It has a screw that can be removed to empty the money
It is marked napier pat 179765
I don't know if it is brass or plated gold tone metal
I could not find a reference indicating the metal.
It is in very very good authentic condition I found 1 minute scratch on back
