These fantastic vases are blown by the authentic glassblowers directly into the root wood pieces of the Gamal trees (Gamal Wood) cleared from plantations in Indonesia with their mouths. Glass and wood fit together perfectly and harmoniously and every time such a fantastic unique piece is created. Due to the high heat when blowing in the glass (approx. 1000°C), a black fire colouring on the wood is created on the connecting surfaces. Small air or particle closures in the glass are due to the manual work. For cleaning, the glass part can be easily removed and reattached.
Please note: since these are natural products and handmade, there are deviations in shape, color, size, grain and weight.
