This unique contemporary animal stone sculpture, "Goose on Golden Pond" on is hand carved from black BC alabaster and unique wavy and shiny argillaceous mica (like curly maple). It has a unique, creative, modern organic style and textural crystalline mottling or veining, visual interest and elegance. It is inspired by Canada Geese on the Canadian lakes in the morning or sunset.
