Need tags/wraps for your bundles? authentic You are in the right place!

WHAT DO YOU GET WITH THIS LISTING?
You will receive both wraps and tags with this listing. An equal amount of each. Quantity chosen when adding to cart. You will not receive any digital files. Files may be purchased in addition for $40 each if needed.

Complimentary tape is included on the wraps. You may request that tape be left off. Wraps are also available in full adhesive back. Convo me for details.

Wraps are 5x1.5 and Tags are 3x2 double sided
Glossy 14pt Cardstock used for the tags

Convo me if you need more than one size hair wrap or a bigger/smaller tag, there may be an extra fee


THE WAY I WORK:
After full payment is made and you let me know what you have in mind, sending me your logo and any other information (website, FB, IG etc) that you want included, I will come up with a design for you to view and we will revise from there if necessary. (3 revision limit) Logo can be emailed to Kenya [!at] 1129designz.com


FAQ'S
1. How long does it take? When will I see proofs? When will my order ship?
Unless you paid for rush service your order will ship on or before the 14th day after payment was made. Does it always take that long? No. Time is set to keep clients who opt out of paying for rush service from rushing me. I am never working on just one order. I work in a rotation and once proofs are prepared, proofs will be emailed to you.


2. How does Rush service work and what's the fee?
With Rush or same day service, you tell me when you need your order and you will have it by that day. This needs to be discussed before payment is made. Fee depends on when you need it, and what the order is.

3. How's my order coming along? How's it going? Checking the status of my order, How is it coming?
I am VERY responsive and will NEVER leave anyone 'hanging'. While I will answer these questions every time they are asked, constantly 'checking on me' hinders progress and will not make the process go any faster. If Rush or same day service is needed this needs to be discussed before payment is made and order will be delivered on or by the day requested.

4. Do I have to pay before I see proofs?
Yes

5. What address are you shipping my order to? Where did you ship my order to?
Order is shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy. I ship/print labels directly from Etsy.

6. Why haven't you sent me a tracking number?
I do not email tracking numbers. I print directly from Etsy. Once label is printed you will receive an email from Etsy that will include your tracking number.

- I don't mind working with anyone, however I WILL NOT tolerate aggression and/or rudeness. You will be refunded immediately.

- Please do not take your time sending me the information I need because you are busy and then try to rush me when your schedule clears. Common Courtesy.
-Logo design is not included with any order.
