Haviland Limoges Chocolate Pot With Yellow and Red authentic Orchid/Iris Flower Details and Gold Trim

This is a beautiful Haviland & Co. Limoges China Chocolate Pot - Stamped clearly "Haviland & Co. Limoges" as well as "H&C Depose". This indicates that the pot was created in one Haviland shop and decorated in another. In addition, the H&C Depose mark was only used in 1887. Based on research, this appears to be Haviland H2593, with yellow, rust and blue flowers. The form is also rare, more of a square shape than the usual round and scalloped form. The shape is Blank 14.

This chocolate pot will look fantastic with fall decor.

Given the age, this chocolate pot is in wonderful condition with a small chip inside the pot (see pictures) and fading of the gold trim authentic. The flower motif is in excellent condition.
