Towel Holder Art Deco Wall authentic hanging Vintage

We have a Towel Holder Art Deco Wall hanging Vintage item. It is unique and very pretty. The wood portion (fairly certain it is veneer) measures as follows: Lower width is about 14" across with the towel holder being about 11 1/2" on the rod x about 6" in h in the center of the wood, the center from the hanger to the bottom authentic of the wood is about 9 1/4". The center picture which is covered in glass measures about 6 1/8" across the center x about 4 1/8" in l. The maroon rope like hanger is a maroon it shows a tad bit of wear on the fibers with the worst shown in my last photo. There are some light scratches on the wood/veneer above the picture and a bit of wear on the finish on the right front round that holds the rod and a bit on the edges of the piece. I have not attempted to polish this - the scratches more than likely would cover up with a quick polish. This is a unique retro piece, very pretty.
