Hand-painted custom face up by me. Cocoa smart doll cortex. It is painted in a cute style with a blue and yellow heart on her cheek, blue and yellow faint eyeshadow above her eye. She represents smiling in times of loss, and uniting everyone's hearts for acceptance and peace. She's super cute in person. this does authentic not include the body, eyes or wig...only the cortex custom painted head. I used watercolor pencils and sealed with MSC. I'm not a pro at this, I've only done a few of them there may be flaws! see all photos. head is sold as is.As always my items come from a smoke-free home.
