This is a fantastic piece of art. It is painted and signed by Caroline Burnett. She lived in Paris and loved to paint her surroundings. She did color as well as black and white. She really was a fabulous artist. There is a picture of some info about her. The frame has a couple of little authentic scratches but the art itself is in great condition. The last three pictures shows her black and white work that has sold. *I am open to reasonable offers*.
