Vintage Dooney & Bourke Equestrian Tack Bag Tan authentic / Black All Weather Leather No hang tag This is a very early version of this bag, 1983, approx. It doesn't have the red, white, blue sewn in tag. Please do your research on these early bags! It is authentic. The bag has several hallmarks that gurantee its authenticity. DB insignia on the inside pocket zipper. Both of the strap rivets say Dooney and Bourke. The duck and font are correct on the All Weather Leather patch. The stitching is a lighter color, correct contrast. And finally, the leather is correct. If you feel the All Weather Leather pebble texture, flexibilty, and weight, it is correct. See pic 11. Faults: pictures 7-9, a small mark on the closure flap. There is slight cracking where the flap closes. It is minor. As long as it stays moisurized/conditioned it will last many more years. 10x7 and 21" drop Terrific condtion for its age! This bag is a neat piece on DB history. Perfect for using and enjoying.
