9 x 12 in. 145 pp. Blue cloth boards with silver titles. Lavish B&W photos and floor plans. DJ designed by Kenneth Curtis. All the architects and furniture designers are named, and many are not well known today, though they all worked in an extremely handsome modern style. Condition is NEAR FINE ; no wear, covers very clean, just a hint of toning/sunning to upper and lwer edges. Binding tight and text spotless. DJ is VERY GOOD ; very clean, split at the rear spine fold and repaired internally with archival tape. Some loss to spine ends, a few chips, very small open tear near spine center. In a new Mylar wrapper. Arch. RGR. 37853
