This is a sheepskin from a mix between the rare Norwegian Pelt sheep and the Norwegian spael sheep. It's a breed with silky soft wool. The sheep is kept for both meat and sheepskin and live large parts of the year outdoors authentic in Norway's beautiful nature. It belongs to the family of Northern European short tailed sheep.
The hide has been tanned to perfection through the world class quality tanning process of Norwegian tanners. The hide is soft and flexible, and the wool is soft and clean. This sheepskin can even be washed by hand if you follow the tanner's instructions.
