A very good French professional quality copper sugar pan / syrup pan stamped Made In France with authentic chefs hat , very good clean condition but it has a couple of small dents as shown in the photo but nothing serious, it measures 14 cm - 5 1/2" across, 7.5 cm - 3" deep , 2.1 mm thick and weighs 1.1 kg, a great addition to any pan set.
