Salvaged black cherry. The bowl is one of a kind (Mother Nature's creation) and will be equally at home as a decorative display piece, a salad bowl, or a serving bowl. Destined to become a family favorite and future heirloom.

The bowl pictured is the one you will receive. The finish is food grade coconut oil and rice bran wax. It is possible that the bowl may darken in color with age and use.

All of our bowls are hand turned from salvaged greenwood then left to dry for several months. Finishing includes sanding with 100, 180, 240, 400, grit sand paper followed by an application of mineral oil and beeswax.

Wooden bowls should only be hand washed. DO NOT put in the dishwasher. Never leave in standing water. Wash by hand with hot water and antibacterial soap. Hand dry. Oil as needed.
