Vintage (1970s) Johnson Brothers Embassy Athena tall, six-cup teapot with lid made in England. Classic white ribbed Athena with gray blocks and dots.

In EXCELLENT! condition with NO! chips, nicks, cracks, or fleabites and MINIMAL! overall crazing (for its age). The inside bowl shows LIGHT! tannin staining about the base and there is wear to the under-side of the pot, noticeable only when it is over-turned. The pattern is bright and vivid with NO! fading apparent.

Pieces are both dishwasher and microwave safe.

Approximate measurements: teapot has a depth of 8-1/4" (NOT! including the lid in this measurement) with a 4" diameter opening into which the lid fits nicely. Capacity is estimated at six standard cups of tea or 48 US fluid ounces.
