Handmade Teak Pizza authentic Peel 15"x 12" wide

Hand-made by craftsmen in Portland Oregon. Not factory imported stuff like etsy seems to be selling now days.

This is a pizza peel sized for for normal, everyday ovens. Look at our longer handle versions if you have a wood fired pizza oven.

Could also be used as a trivet, or as a cheese or charcuterie serving board.

It's 16" long by 12" wide. If you want it wider for larger pizzas please let us know. It's got a reinforced handle so when you go too heavy on the toppings, it'll still hold up. This peel is almost 1/4" thick so it will hold up to even removing cake pans or casseroles.

The handle is natural jute rope so your grip will not slip during the critical moments of removing your perfect pizza from the oven. It's got a leather lace to hang it for storage or display.

It is sanded smooth and coated with food grade cutting board oil and will require occasional oiling the same as you would on your hardwood cutting boards. authentic
