I don't have a COA, but I'm pretty confident it's legit and whoever "Don" is, I be he was an "industry insider" being this is a White Label Promo which were given to "insiders". Not to mention the signature is a match to so many that are confirmed. The cover does have a Gold Promo Stamp. The cover is VG due to some dings/wear & technically, the signature.
