Description

Product Name: Iconic Russian Hand Painted Eggs Resembling authentic Orthodox Churches With Onion Domes in Red Square Moscow

These miniatures are painted using a magnifying glass technique, making sure every detail is captured. The artists are Orthadox Russians using egg tempera and gold leaf.
Looking at the pictures you will understand why the architecture is called onion domes.

On the back of the egg is the Russian Cross. The slanted line at the bottom reminds authentic us
of the 2 thieves on each side of the cross. The one to the right
of Christ ascended to Heaven, while the other sank to Hell. The bottom bar of the Russian cross is like the scales of Justice as it points to Heaven and Hell.

The larger egg measures 4-1/4” tall using the stand with the circumference measuring 8-1/2”. The other egg measures 4” tall in the stand with the circumference at 8-1/4”. A small wooden stand comes with each egg.
