1871-73 ledger from Goffstown NH of an unidentified furniture maker or seller. Listing are mostly for 'Bedsteads' (beds) but some furniture, a chamber set, and a few marked 'goods' or other small items. Listings range from single lines to full pages on about 42 pages scattered throughout the book, with the rest blank. See photos for the 2 different types pf page lines. Alphabetized index in the front then numbered 244 pages. Black ink, some faded but very legible.

Red, white, blue and yellow feathered covers with red leather corners and spine. The spine with gilt lines. Page edges are also feathered.

Penciled in the back cover are the names Mrs. Charles Block or Black and Jennie Block or Black, aged 10 (dated possibly 1876).

8'' x just over 13'' tall, 7/8'' thick.

Wear to corners and cover edges. Light color wear and small stains to covers. Good spine with very short split at bottom, pages are tight.

Deaccessioned from a N.H. educational institution but no number or marking from cataloging.
