Stain Removal: * If something spills on your carpet, measures should be taken very quickly. In such cases, before the liquid disperses, excess liquid should be absorbed by applying a tampon with a paper towel and cleaning agents containing bleaching chemicals (such as bleach) should not be used. After the tampon application, the area where the liquid is spilled should be wiped authentic with cold water and natural soap. Wiping should be done with the help of a soft and white cloth so as not to disperse the stain; Circular and hard brushing should be avoided. The cleaned area should not be stepped on until it is completely dry.

Deep Cleaning: *When deep cleaning is required for your carpet, it can be washed in the washing machine at a maximum of 30 degrees on a delicate program. Heavy chemical cleaners (bleach, etc.) containing Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic) should not be used during washing and the temperature of the washing water should not exceed 30 degrees. * After your carpet is cleaned, it should be dried in a short time without hanging it. * Your carpet should not be used when wet and should be protected from direct sunlight.
