A soft pastel portrait commission is a thoughtful idea as:

I will create your original portrait using reference photographs, and if requested merge several photographs together to create depict a authentic couple, reunion of a living & deceased loved one, etc. in your drawing.

Your portrait from photo is hand drawn (without the use of digital tools) on Strathmore paper, using vibrant Rembrandt soft pastels.

You will receive in-process photos through Etsy's messaging service as I work on your pastel commission, to make any adjustments to ensure your satisfaction with the final artwork.

The drawing will arrive to you unframed, (for pastel: covered by glassine paper to prevent fall out/smudging) and carefully sandwiched between foam core board to ensure safe transport.
