Authentic Vintage French woven cotton brown fabric material from France 1950 heavy weight The Textile Trunk

A super interesting, woven fabric from France dating from around 1940 or earlier ~ It's a really heavy, thick woven fabric in browns and off-white! I'm not sure what it would have been used for , perhaps a large curtain ? ~ it's a nice soft texture ~ lots authentic of texture in the weave too, it would be wonderful to add texture to a room! Ideal for pillows etc ~ A nice big piece!

MEASUREMENTS: This lovely fabric measures approximately 47 inches by 81 inches

CONDITION: I've freshly laundered this piece and it's ready to use! There are some small holes dotted here and there, there is a tear along one edge ~ there are signs of time and use, so this fabric is ideal for anyone that can work with these for their projects!
