A beautiful French vintage antique ironstone sauce boat or gravy boat by Saint Amand and Hamage. This super example has a wonderful teal coloured decorative transferware pattern and two little handles. Of course, there are some lovely signs of age on this authentic piece. Condition: good used vintage/antique condition with the expected age-related wear such as an old tea-stained crack/hair on the sauce boat's rim (see photo 9 & 10), a hair underneath and out of sight, and a small hair on the area of the lid where the spoon would be placed. There is some tea-stained crazing to the interior, all of which add character to this beautiful old sauce boat.
