Flap was opened only to take photo of the tag. Tush tag errors – the box states that her birthday is December 15, 1997 but her tush tag says 1993 and registered authentic in Oak Brook, Illinois (where Ty, Inc headquarters is located) but the tag(as do parts of the package) reads Oakbrook (without the space).
