Stylish WWII Antique Leich Hand Crank authentic Telephone

Marked under the bottom side of this phone is the Leich name This is this Deco style 1940's office desk phone. For its age it is in very good condition. It has some wear consistent with its age and from years of service. On the hand set cord there is a spot authentic of separation as shown in the pictures. I Looking at the over all condition of this phone I see no reasons why this would still work. I have no way to confirm this. The rotary dial still works well and the ringer is still strong. The hand set and cord are in nice condition as shown. This is a heavy item.
