3 Little Pigs quilt authentic blocks

This lot is really for these fabulous quilt blocks, but I left them as a top so the next owner could copy the layout if desired. Originally this is circa 1940s and somehow the sashing fabric is totally faded out, but the blocks are in good, if softened, shape. There are 13 blocks of pigs and story that measure 7”x8.5” and one wolf block that measures 18”x7”. There is authentic one spot that needs a stitch or two of embroidery and one minor faint spot at the edge of an applique piece on the corner…otherwise-great shape. I have never seen one quite like this one…but I love the fanciful way it tells the story.
