This ancient Kauri wood is found in swamps in the North of New Zealand, 30,000 to 50,000 years ago. This piece is ecologically friendly because the excavated land is returned to its natural state. Each and every one of these ancient Kauri wood pieces are handcrafted in my shop, Sandhill Creations. This kauri wood has interesting iridescence, and a warm cognac color. The wood has a clear satin finish authentic and buffed with bee's wax.

The card case measures: 3 3/4" x 2 1/2" and sized to fit comfortably in a pocket, briefcase, or purse.

The card case includes a copy of the original certificate of authenticity supplied to me by Ancient Woods.
