For your consideration, I am offering a lovely, early 20th century, 5 piece - English earthenware cake plate or Meat Tray plus four 8 point (octagon) shaped, earthenware, Lunch / Salad / Sandwich plates from F. Winkle & Co. Ltd, Stoke, Staffordshire, England in the Old Chelsea pattern....

The Asian design consist of two birds standing on branches surrounded by flowers, one ready for flight..Slight curvature edging with a rust color painted trim...Cluster of flower pattern around edging with embellished/raised scrolled handles...

The square handled cake / dessert / appetizer plate measures 10.5 inches from handle area to handle area by 9.5 inches - the octagon plates are 9 inches from two farthest points..

Originated and back stamped in the back: Whieldon Ware, Old Chelsea, S. Winkle & Co. Ltd, England...Plate marking was manufactured between 1908-1925

Light signs of previous use should be expected consistent with age, free of chips, cracks, hairlines or restoration - slight crazing might be present - typical of earthenware...slight to none fleabite markings around the edging.. authentic
