This is an extremely rare powerful *museum quality larger size 18.0 gram collector Lightning Fulgurite crystal that was found in Weld County Colorado USA and authentic is a tube type with a natural blow hole at both ends and has some extremely rare branching. created by the lightning running through the ground.
I hand mounted this (rare old stock) Colorado lightning fulgurite crystal with soft removable mineral tack in a *Medium size (2" x 2" x 1 1/" inch) mineral specimen box for it's rare aesthetic beauty.

Approximately 2 1/8" inches long x 1 1/8*inches tall with the rare branching.

*Any Colorado Lightning Fulgurite that is larger than (one) 1" inch or with any rare branching are definitely more rare besides these type of fulgurites being extremely rare in general!
*The rare Colorado Lightning Fulgurites I am selling are not your normal everyday Lightning Fulgurites and are prehistoric and fossilized Fulgurites.
The Colorado Lightning Fulgurites usually do not get very big because of the ground repeatedly freezing and thawing out again causes them to break in the ground before they were found, although larger fulgurites have been found.
These type of lightning fulgurite crystals from Colorado also contain some manganese besides the silica which is why they are darker.
They have extremely thick blow hole walls and are not as fragile as some other types of lightning fulgurites from other locations.
This rare Lightning Fulgurite crystal's shape with the rare branching reminds me of a flying dragon.
