Vintage 1940s authentic Quilt Top, Hand-Stitched Feedsack Cotton with Hot Pink Trim, 80 x 70 Inches, Unfinished Quilt

Gorgeous 1940s unfinished quilt top in nice vintage condition. The upper and lower edges are unfinished, backside is unfinished. This blanket came in a great haul from a farmhouse, most things dating from the 1930s and '40s, so I can only assume this authentic is from the same era. There are a few faint discolorations in the patchwork, but it looks like those discolorations existed in the fabric prior to becoming a quilt. On square has two small patches in back, as pictured. There is a faint attic smell. I typically try to wash all items that come through, but I'm not very knowledgeable in quilting or how to care for quilts, and didn't want to run the risk of damaging this since it's unfinished.

All squares are hand-sewn together, while there are machine stitches to the solid pink trim and border. Quit top measures approximately 80 x 70 inches.
