Vintage Sewing basket // Vintage authentic Knitting box // Orange plastic // 1970s

Very rare and super in the space age design matching sewing basket from the 1970s. No marks.
The sewing basket is made entirely of orange plastic with two carrying handles. The carrying handles are made of black hard plastic.
If you open the lid you see inside the basket a plastic yellowish divider for the sewing equipments etc.
The condition is good but with some signs of use:
The lid has several damages, but when the lid is closed they have disappeared.
Normally there would be an UV discoloration, but authentic I have not been able to find one!
The outside has been polished, so it feels like silk.

Plastic sewing boxes were common in most every household in the 1970s.

It's also a perfect treasure holder for your knitting!
