Vintage LAVENDER Purple Vase W/ authentic Yellow FLOWERS Still Impressionist Oil PAINTING Fancy Frame c1980-90s

Here is a lovely vintage still life/floral Impressionist oil painting in a fancy gold picture frame. The artist used lavender purple for the background and the vase colors. The flowers are a dark yellow with green foliage. The painting is signed at the bottom on the back of the canvas Cooper. I saw it when I lifted the leftover canvas which looks too large for the stretcher and see the name in the paint. Also, it has his address label stuck to the back of the canvas, Mr. H.M. Copper of San Antonio, Texas. The frame looks authentic like a wood or MDF frame with a compo overlay. The art measures 12 1/8 x 14 1/8 in. framed and 8 x 10 in. unframed. It is in good/very good vintage condition. I would place this art in the late 1980s to early 1990s time period.
