I acquired these pieces, along with several others, from the niece of an art gallery owner who was part of the NYC / Taxco scene back in the day. I believe he knew Hubert Harmon personally, and several of the items I purchased were marked appropriately. However, this one is marked only STERLING MEXICO. If you are familiar with Harmon's designs, you will appreciate and recognize both his quality of workmanship, the detailed fish, and clever humor in this design.
To use as a key chain, simply untwist the head, add your keys and replace the head. I love it as a pendant....very unusual and fun.
These have been lightly polished.
