Vintage Pastel Portrait by Albert Mulder, Oval Gilt Frame, Ca: 1931. authentic

This is a beautifully rendered pastel portrait by Albert Mulder that was found in an old St. Louis estate. Albert Berend Jans Mulder authentic (1889-1987) was a well listed Dutch artist. He work was part of a painting art event at the 1928 Summer Olympics. He was also part of an exhibition at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam in 1939. The pastel portrait is in very good condition as you can see in the photos. The frame has a crack at the bottom. It presents itself very well and probably dates from 1931. It measures 17 1/4” by 13”.
