This buffalo wire sculpture is created using one continuous strand of 14 gauge steel wire and is attached to the driftwood base as shown in the photos.

Sculpting with wire allows me to define form and imply movement as each piece becomes a dynamic drawing in space. Because I sculpt with steel wire, this piece may oxidize and develop a rust patina. If you prefer to protect your piece from rust, a light coating of a authentic clear spray varnish may be applied.

It is my hope that my work reflects my love of the natural world and that my methods are kind to the environment as well. I avoid the use of paints and solvents and I try to reuse packing/shipping materials.
