Makins New York authentic Hat Fascinator

1980's Vintage Fascinator from famous New York hat maker.
Makins hats were “hand blocked”, one at a time in their factory in New York city. Marsha Akins began production in 1974 ,and molded the raw hat bodies over wood blocks. Marsha had been designing and producing hats for over 40 years authentic when it closed in October 2013

This hat is vintage and in good condition. Attached is an elastic strap for wearing.
Detailing has some aging typical for age.
